Special Event!

All participants must wear gloves and mouthguards. Chest protectors and shin pads are optional. This event is for ages 13 and up, with a minimum rank of 3rd kyu in Shotokan or a senior kyu rank from other styles.

Be sure to pack a water bottle and lunch/light snack during break.
